Through our coaching services, Phoenix Coaching and Leadership Development aims to build capacity and help people grow personally and professionally to be able to meet those organizational or personal goals. One of our main priorities is to make sure we connect with our clients in an effort to develop trust so that we can maximize the coaching session. The belief is that the client has the answer and the coach asks the right questions to provide clear paths for achieving the desired outcome.

Includes both life and professional coaching.

IN-PERSON

$40/SESSION*

Includes both life and professional coaching.

*Minimum amount of time is 30 minutes. Maximum amount of time is 1 hour. After 1 hour, we will additionally bill $10 for every 15 minutes.

Online and In-person coaching is available for up to 20 people.

Cancellation of Services & Refund Policy

Full payments are to be made 1 week in advance. Organizations and individuals may cancel up to 48 hours in advance at which time 80% of the payment would be refunded back to the client.
